We, the Employee’s of Empress Ambulance Service., in order to form a Union of EMTs and Paramedics, pledge ourselves to professionalism and patient care in order to establish professionalism in our field.  We shall oppose all organizations or persons who support subversive activities that will weaken or destroy our unity or professionalism.  We condemn autocracy and dictatorship.  We further pledge to improve the general welfare of EMTs and Paramedics and their posterity wherever possible and do ordain and establish this Web Site of the International Association of EMTs and Paramedics Local R2-20.

A valued member is a productive member.  This Union is committed to establishing trust between management and employees, providing an avenue for open, honest communication, respect, mutual understanding and fair and equal treatment for everyone.
